After over 20 years of various executive roles in real estate development in the USA, UAE, Hong Kong, and China, Leekyung Han returned to South Korea to establish Polaris Advisor, a boutique real estate advisory firm specialized in wellness real estate and hospitality. Her past key projects include the hospitality portfolio of Morgan Stanley and Pyramid Advisors in Boston, USA; the Cultural Precinct on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi; the first holistic wellness retreat, China ; a lifestyle office building in Tokyo, Japan; and the master plan of Ampang park in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
